I’m going to start a Leftist blog. I won’t post the blog’s name here, because I want to test my hypothesis.
Hypothesis: The blogosphere is primarily inhabited by people agreeing with the Left’s ideology.
I want to show people how easy it is to get a massive amount of hits if one just walks to the beat of a college student’s drum. I’ll give the experiment about 6 months and then post the blog’s address and stats.
Now THIS is something to watch.
There seem to be many conservative blogs as well. However, I would suspect there are more liberal blogs because those folks who are liberal would often have the traits that would lead to more blogging: more free time (younger people tend to be more liberal, for example), more education, and more familiarity with technology of this type.
It would be really interesting to have the URL for this blog, in order to see how it progresses! Six months is just way too long to wait to see what happens! How about letting us in after 1 month, if we promise not to post to the blog one way or another (liberal or conservative POV’s)?
